Becky
My beautiful friend Becky was one of my “Mini Sessions for Leo” clients. I had so much fun photographing her and being mocked by her. LOL
I’m so thankful to everyone who booked one of these mini sessions! It’s so neat to be able to do this for sweet little Leo and his mommy and daddy!
The D family
I met this adorable family for their session on a beautiful, although not warm, morning.
They have three little boys that are just way too cute, they sure had me cracking up even when they absolutely flat out refused to cooperate for a family photo. They were just not feeling it[as in they were sobbing] so I will be seeing them again very soon to try again.
Despite no actual family photos I got a lot of individual and small group ones, some with very grumpy faces that I just LOVE [lol] and some great smiles so it DEFINITELY wasn’t a waste of time. ![]()

There is just something about a sad little face….he was a bit shy…
But very happy if he had his turtle blankie…
I just love when little kids try to talk/say cheese instead of smiling. They come out with the craziest little faces!! I just love his little mouth in this one. I think he was talking to his daddy.
Mini Sessions for Leo
What is better than a mini session just in time for Christmas cards? A mini session where all the money is donated to a good cause!
My baby brother and his wife are expecting their first baby (a boy they have named Leo) on December 2nd (a schedule C Section due to heart problems) they have found out that he has some pretty severe heart problems and will need major surgery within the first 6 months of his life. Since my sister-in-law (Lauren) is not Canadian (they are both full time students in missionary training right now) she doesn’t have OHIP and has just about used up her insurance with all the extensive testing they’ve done in London and Toronto and nights spent in the hospital down in London. On top of medical costs are the costs of gas to get to Toronto and back every week (a 3 hour drive one way approximately) on a very small monthly budget.
I would like to bless them with your help! So I will be offering Mini Sessions for Leo.
They will be available on November 17th from 10am until 1:00pm (and if there is enough interest I will also offer them for November 3rd.) The location will be announced soon.
These sessions will be 30 minutes long, you will receive 8 edited digital files (with the option to purchase more later) and the cost is $60. (This is a savings of 40% off a regular session!)
Sign up soon, there is a limiting number of sessions available. (Call, email or message me on Facebook with the time of your choice to book your mini session before they fill up.)
(If you wish to make an additional donation towards them it would be tax deductible)
If you would like to read more about baby Leo you can read Mark and Lauren’s blog.

Wanda and her husband with their family…
Her grandson was great. He’s a boy after my own heart – he was hunting frogs at the end of our session. :)
